About Farrah Grey

What Farrah Claims  (Click on the "x" to see his tall tales debunked)

Just 29, Dr. Farrah Gray is already a 23-year veteran of the business world. Raised in the impoverished south side of Chicago[X], Dr. Gray defied the odds and became a millionaire by age 14[X]. He was the youngest person to have an office on Wall Street and the youngest to receive an honorary doctorate. Now, at 29, he is an inspiration to millions and an international bestselling author. Dr. Gray’s books, "Reallionaire," "Get Real Get Rich" and "The Truth Shall Make You Rich," have been translated into Russian, Korean, Indonesian and Vietnamese languages with book sales in Africa, Australia and Europe and in Central and South American countries.

Dr. Gray has also been named as one of the CNN’s African-American First History Makers and as one of the 20 Modern Black History Makers in the 20th anniversary issue of "Upscale" magazine. Chair of the Farrah Gray Foundation and spokesman for the National Coalition for Homeless, as well as the National Bone Marrow Donor Program, he has been invited to the White House eight times with President Clinton, President Bush and most recently, with President Barack Obama.

He was also featured as one of the Dream Team Financial Experts for “O” (Oprah Winfrey's magazine)[X] in the March 2008 issue. He is also a syndicated columnist with the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA) federation of 200 weekly newspapers, which reaches more than 15 million readers. As an AOL Money Coach, Dr. Gray gives advice to millions of AOL subscribers daily on leadership, personal development, diversity, strategic planning, creativity, business development and financial management.

Dr. Gray's books and his journey to succeed against the odds have become required reading and part of classroom study from elementary school to entrepreneurship departments on college and university campuses such as Harvard University and Princeton.

What Farrah Has Actually Done

It's hard to say. Most of his life story is a lie.

What we do know is that his father, Khalid Muhammad, was a famous activist with the Nation of Islam and the Black Panther Party. Farrah Grey himself was born as Farrakhan Muhammad. He grew up between Chicago and Las Vegas. And he was not a million when he was a teenager.

He owns a publishing company that is alleged to be a scam and co-owns a pet website called Pawtrition with Robin Reichman from the Real Housewives of Vancouver.

  1. I am really happy to see this blog. While I am not excited to attempt to dismantle and tear down a person's life story, there are simply too many holes in this man's story. I have a FB account, but I use is sparingly. I finally became curious enough about all the shares I have seen of his "quotes" that I took a few moments to check out his page. The first thing which annoyed me was the fact that his has an honorary doctorate and refers to himself as "Dr. Gray". Just stop it. I actually earned a Ph.D. Call me a hater, but this is a huge peeve. I wanted to believe, I really wanted to believe. However, there was just too much fluff and not enough substance for a true "activist". I did some web-research for less than an hour and came to the conclusion he is a fraud. If for no other reason than his bio claims he didn't have a substantial relationship with his father growing up. Several accounts, as well as numerous videos, indicate he traveled a good deal with his father and accompanied him on stage at many speaking engagements. That's a special kind of lying. I know my post was lengthy, just know you have a follower. I cannot tolerate a liar.

    1. He has an honorary "doctorate" from a school that doesn't have a PHD program...

    2. I know this is an old post, but I said the same thing: NO honorary doctorate recipients that I’ve ever known (which there are several) actually use the moniker.

  3. I'd like to add to this: He claims that he became a millionaire at age 14 when he sold "Farr Out Foods". There is literally not a shred of evidence - whether it be through Secretary of State of IL, or just searching the internet of its existence, other than Farrah claiming to have sold it. He's fake.

  4. Something very sinister and dark about this story. He was very close to his father as a child. He travelled with the brilliant and committed Khalid. Sometimes acting as his bodyguard. "Farrah's" whole mentality is changed or WAS CHANGED by whom? MK-Ultra perhaps? Who blasted this kid into the stratosphere of $succes$. It has creepy undertones. And what does Malik Shabazz know? Khalid was murdered after a second attempt, by powerful people. Only God knows what deals were cut with this child for self preservation? Brother Khalid must be turning over in his grave. Truth crushed to earth shall rise again.
