Farrah Gray Foundation Skepticism

Farrah Gray proudly claims that his charity, the Farrah Gray Foundation, helps impoverished youths by granting them scholarships. However, there's no proof of him giving scholarships to anyone. If you care to Google "Farrah Gray Foundation scholarship recipients" nothing comes up about anyone receiving a grant or scholarship. According to his resume, his foundation has been active since August of 2001, so it seems strange that there is not one post that can boast about awarding a scholarship to a youth in need. He posts photos of himself at various events, why not a quick selfie with an under-privileged youth he gave money to to attend university?

You can apply for the scholarship though. It awards between $250-$1,000. Quiet low considering Farrah claims to donate all his speaking fees to the fund. As he states on his website; "Farrah Gray donates his honorarium from speaking engagements (which can be upwards of $15,000) and the proceeds of his book to his foundation in what he refers to as his “self-imposed” youth tax".

Also important to note, his charity does not have a legitimate charitable status. You can search the IRS's list of legitimate government-registered charities. His is not on there. The list also included charities of revoked statuses and his is not on there either. Which means his foundation was never at any point a legitimately registered charity.
